1.Today, Huaxing Steel has a 1300-strong, multi-skilled workforce, competent in delivering a range of steel fabrication services up to and including Structural Steelwork to Execution Class 3 in accordance with CE Marking for Structural Steelwork. The firm now handles a wide variety of domestic and industrial projects of up to 200000 tonnes.

Our Facilities include a total 300,000 sq.m covered workshop with overhead crane facilities and a 3000sq.m open yard area. The site has good access to the motorway system serving central China and beyond.
Our Fabrication capacity is 5000tons per week, depending on the mix of different structure being produced. The company is able to increase its capacity by means of overtime hours / dual shift and /or subcontracting out to other fabricators

5.Project case: Jining Xinxiuyuan Office Building project
Project Overview:
Construction of a 10 storey steel frame structure in busy city centre busines area to accommodate a new office development. The building has a Grade A listing, which required the fa ade and ground floor former banking hall to be retained during structural alteration. The old interior was otherwise completely demolished, leaving an empty shell to be in-filled with a new frame. The metal decking contract was incorporated within the steelwork package
Border Steelwork Structures provided the structural steelwork and cladding envelope for the new MBT plant.
The Main Mechanical Biological Treatment (MBT) building contains a Tipping area, Process area, a Refinement building and two 3-storey Control rooms attached to the sides.
There are also ancillary Vehicle Workshop, Substation and Visitor Centre buildings.
The BDR Waste Partnership has signed a 25 year contract for the treatment of up to 265,000 tonnes of black bag waste per year.
